All our products are subject to availability. We will endeavour to supply most products within 14 days in most cases sooner where possible. Most items are now dispatched within 72hrs.We will contact you should there be any problems. Outside the UK might take slightly longer to dispatch.

The only information gathered about you is the information you give at the time of ordering, this information is collected through our ordering process. The information is collected to enable us to for fill your order.

We will not use the information you give us to contact you with any direct marketing material and will not pass your details on to any third parties for this purpose.

All credit card details are taken through a secure connection and the transfer of this information is completely safe.

Your email and personal details are used solely for ordering, shipping and marketing purposes and will not be sold or passed on to any third party for use in mailing lists or any other purpose.

Your security is of our upmost concern and you can be confident that any information you provide will be treated as confidential and with your security as a priority.

Cancellation

A copy of these terms and conditions and your order may not be kept by us and we advise you to print a copy of them for your information in the future.

If you are a consumer you have the right, to cancel the contract and receive a full refund.

You must inform us in either writing or electronic mail of your desire to cancel within 7 working days, from the day after your goods arrive.

You should return the goods to us in an unused and re-saleable condition and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. Should return postage not be paid or collection of goods is required this amount would be deducted from return value.

We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, within a period not exceeding 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. In writing or electronic mail from you.

This does not apply to Special orders.

(special orders are items made to customers specifications.)

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints

We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days - although usually response is much quicker. If you are unhappy with any service provided by ultimate desires please contact us immediately either by phone or by clicking here.

Your satisfaction is very important to us so please let us know if you have a problem.

Leather Goods

All our leather goods are made to order, so therefore please allow 28 days for delivery. We are very sorry but all special orders (i.e. leather goods which are made to measure or larger than sizes specified) are not refundable unless faulty.

Payment

All prices are quoted in British Pound Sterling. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Solo and Visa Debit. We also accept UK Postal Orders and UK Cheques (crossed and made payable to 'Ultimate Desires'). All cheques must be cleared before product is dispatched.

Washing instructions.

In order to preserve the colour, shape and the support provided by your underwear, we recommend that you hand wash it in low temperature using gentle detergents.

Do not dry clean, iron or tumble dry the garments.

Any bras with moulded foam cups should be washed and stored separately to preserve their shape.
